Main Responsibilities
- The Senior Architect is responsible for the overall success of the project, ensuring it meets the client’s vision while staying within budget and schedule.
- Design Stewardship: Championing the design intent from the initial “napkin sketch” through to the final punch list.
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison between the client, developers, and government authorities.
- Project Scheduling: Establishing internal milestones for the design team to ensure all deliverables (SD, DD, CD) are met on time.
- Resource Allocation: Managing the studio team’s hours and workload to ensure project profitability.
